What is a Skills Bootcamp?

Skills Bootcamps take 6 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to a guaranteed interview with a local employer.

This training has been made possible and is free to individuals thanks to Greater Manchester Combined Authority securing funding for Skills Bootcamps, forming part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee and funded through the Department of Education’s National Skills Fund.

Skills Bootcamps take 6 weeks to complete and are a fast-track route to a guaranteed job interview, progression in your current role or kickstarting a career change.

Our Skills Bootcamps are also a fantastic preparatory course for an apprenticeship in your chosen subject.
